There are two key things to think about when dealing with your clients: You need to stay in touch with their perceptions about IT support and clients do not like to complete surveys. Use this simple client satisfaction survey to stay in touch with your client’s perceptions about how well (or poorly) your organization is supporting your client. The survey is intentionally short. The belief is that they simply won’t fill out anything that’s much longer or takes more than 5-10 minutes.
