Microsoft Exchange Server is a messaging and collaborative software product developed by Microsoft. Exchange's major features consist of electronic mail, calendaring, contacts and tasks; support for mobile and Web-based access to information; and support for data storage. Outlook is another Microsoft product that primarily serves as an e-mail application, but can also includes Calendar, Task Manager, Contact Manager, note-taking, a journal and Web-browsing functions.
