WatchGuard System Manager is a software platform that is used to configure and manage Firebox X security appliances and services such as Gateway AntiVirus/Intrusion Prevention, spamBlocker, and WebBlocker URL filtering. WSM includes centralized configuration and firmware management for Firebox X Edge endpoint appliances, allowing the administrator to update groups of Firebox X Edge appliances in a single management operation. The attached document shows users how to upgrade the program’s firmware.

The .odt file format works with Open Office, a free open source office suite that is an alternative to Microsoft Office. That software can be downloaded here http://www.openoffice.org/.
The .odt document and the .doc documents are the same, so as long as you have either Open Office or Microsoft Office, you will have access to the document or tool.
