As part of its truce with miffed shareholder Carl Icahn, Yahoo agreed to grant him a seat on its board of directors along with his input on two additional board members.
After surviving the company's annual meeting, Yahoo's board appears ready to fulfill its agreement with its new disgruntled board member. News.com is reporting those two additional seats could soon be filled by John Chapple and Frank Biondi Jr.
Chapple is president of Hawkeye Investments in Redmond, Wash., and is the former CEO of Nextel Partners. Biondi acts as a managing director at WaterView Advisors and is the former head of both Universal Studios and Viacom.
Both men were set to serve on Icahn's proxy slate of dissident directors.
