SmartReply Buys out mSnap

E-mail and phone marketing company SmartReply has gobbled up SMS ad network mSnap, reports TechCrunch.

 

Complete details of the transaction were not disclosed. Partech International and First Round Capital, which have invested $6 million in mSnap, will get a small stake in SmartReply as part of the deal.

 

The deal is considered the beginning of more consolidation expected in this market.
