Serena Woos Borland Customers

Serena Software is trying to lure away customers of Borland Software, which is being bought out by Micro Focus, reports eWEEK.

 

At least that's the public story. SDTimes speculates that Serena could be making a bid for Borland itself.

 

In the meantime, Serena is trying to persuade Borland customers to switch to its flagship application lifecycle management product, Serena Dimensions CM, for the price of their annual maintenance fees on qualified Borland StarTeam products.
