SCO Files Appeal in Novell Case

Just when you thought it was over...

 

Computerworld reports that SCO has filed an appeal in its epic battle with Novell. SCO wants the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals to reconsider all rulings, including a jury verdict in March and a final judgment that came in June.

 

Surely this can't go on forever ... can it? IT Business Edge blogger Lora Bentley writes:

Though some may admire SCO's determination to never give up, there comes a point where it's smarter to let go rather than run one's business into the ground.
