Rocket Software Sells $92 Million in Stock

According to The Boston Globe, documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission show that Rocket Software Inc. has sold nearly $92 million in stock. There is no official word on who purchased the stake, but peHUB identified the investor as Court Square Capital Partners.

 

Rocket offers a wide range of infrastructure software for business customers. Just a week ago, the company said it purchased the UniData and UniVerse businesses from IBM.
