IBM Acquires Exeros

IBM has bought the software assets of Exeros, which are designed to find hidden relationships in databases, reports Network World. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

 

It will join the Cognos tools in Big Blue's business analytics consulting division. The software automates the search for relationships, such as the source of information, promising improvements in data warehousing and master data management.
