IA Global to Buy VoIP Provider PowerDial

San Francisco-based services and outsourcing company IA Global has entered into a letter of intent to buy UK PowerDial, which provides VoIP systems and services, reports TMCnet.com.

 

It's an all-stock deal involving 2.4 million shares.


Proactive Investors USA & Canada describes PowerDial as providing networks and applications that support wireless, voice, and video data. Its 2009 revenues were $2.7 million. The article values the deal at $1.56 million.
