CDC Acquires TradeBeam for SaaS Supply Chain Offerings

Susan Hall

CDC Software has scooped up privately held TradeBeam, a software-as-a-service vendor focused on supply chain visibility and trade-management applications, reports Datamation. Terms were not disclosed.

The two companies operate in many of the same vertical markets. TradeBeam's offerings help customers improve visibility into their supply chains and automate their import and export trade-management and compliance processes. It is to be integrated into CDC's supply chain offerings and to offer cross-sell opportunities, according to TMCnet.
