CA Snaps up Nimsoft

CA adds to its network-management portfolio with the acquisition of IT performance-monitoring vendor Nimsoft, writes Mike Vizard over at CTO Edge. The purchase price is $350 million. He notes CA has been on a buying spree lately.

 

This venture into the midmarket is a departure for CA, which has focused on the enterprise market, reports Computerworld.
