Apple Issues Whopper of an Update

Apple has issued a huge update that patches nearly 90 vulnerabilities in both its own code and the third-party applications it bundles with its Tiger and Leopard operating systems, reports Computerworld.

 

News.com blogger Robert Vamosi says the most significant updates include Apache, ClamAV, Emacs, OpenSSH, PHP and X11.

 

Earlier Tuesday, Apple updated its Safari browser.
