Survey Shows IT Pros Fear Smartphones

A new survey by security certifications organization ISC2 shows that 90 percent of security professionals think that smartphones pose a significant risk to the enterprise, reports vnunet.com.

 

ISC2 says that instead of banning smartphones, security chiefs should figure out how to accommodate them safely in the organization. Says John Colley, European managing director at ISC2:

"We have to relax and find ways of making them secure, which will need a combination of rules, education and technology."
