Google Wants You to Hack Its Native Client

Posted by Kara Reeder Feb 27, 2009 9:59:19 AM

In an effort to make its Native Client more secure, Google is holding a 10-week contest in which it will award cash prizes for the person or team who discovers the most high-impact bugs and reports them before anyone else.

According to Tech Herald, the contest is open to anyone, but has a very strict set of rules. You must agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Google will award $8,192 for first prize, $4,096 for second, $2,048 for third, and $1,024 for fourth and fifth prize.
