A grand jury has indicted Khalid Shaikh, former CEO of YouSendIt, on four counts of mail fraud for allegedly launching four DoS attacks against the company's servers, reports InfoWorld. He was indicted in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

The Department of Justice accuses Shaikh of using ApacheBench to launch the DoS attacks against YouSendIt's servers between December 2008 and June. Shaikh faces five years in prison, three years of probation, and a fine of $250,000 for each count.
