In an effort to catch cyber criminals, the FBI has started to embed agents with law enforcement agencies in Estonia, the Ukraine and the Netherlands, Computerworld reports. Jeffrey Troy, chief of the FBI's Cyber Division, says there is currently one embedded agent in each of the three countries.
A large number of online scammers and creator of malware like the Zeus Trojan call the Ukraine home. Paul Ferguson, a researcher with Trend Micro, actually ranks the Ukraine above Russia in terms of cyber threats.
