DoJ Phishing Own Employees

According to, the Departent of Justice is phishing its own employees to test security awareness.


The e-amils, sent from Jan. 25 to Jan. 27, claim to be from the "Thrift Savings Plan Account Coordinator," asking employees to enter their log-in details about their 401k savings plans by Jan. 31. The good news is that many employees recognised that it was a phishing e-mail.


DoJ spokeswoman Gina Talamona says the "exercise was successfully completed within the defined time period."
