Apple's Worldwide Developer Conference gets under way in San Francisco this week.

Mobile Today expects a new Apple iPhone with minor improvements to be announced today. The updated device is rumored to have better battery life, an improved camera, faster processing speed, more memory, Bluetooth support and Apple's new 3.0 software.

According to the San Jose Mercury News, iPhone fanboys are going to be disappointed. Several analysts are predicting Apple won't unveil a new iPhone at the software-centric conference. That's not to say that the analysts will be right. Apple has disclosed that it will talk about its upcoming iPhone software update and operating system.
