Salesforce.com Updates Mobile CRM for iPhone 3.0 OS

Salesforce.com announced a new version of its mobile customer relationship management (CRM) application tailored for use with Apple's recently released iPhone 3.0 operating system.

 

Users that have upgraded to the new mobile operating system will be able to access data from their Salesforce.com and Force.com applications via their iPhone or iPod Touch, says vnunet. New features for the mobile CRM application include the ability to cut, copy and paste, clone records and set custom filters, reports WebProNews.
