Japan will soon receive its first Android phone courtesy of DoCoMo. The carrier will market the HTC Magic as the HT-03A and device will come pre-installed with Android 1.5, reports SlipperyBrick.
There has been no word on a release date or pricing for the handset, which is already available through Vodafone in the UK and a few other European countries. In addition, the HTC Magic will be released in Canada on June 2 on the Rogers network. Although the smartphone has been approved by the FCC for T-Mobile's network, folks in the U.S. are still waiting for a launch date from the carrier.
