iPhone fans from London to New York were up bright and early this morning lining up around Apple Stores and carrier shops selling the Apple iPhone 3G S.
Londoners began queuing up around 5:30 this morning and began receiving their new slice of smartphone heaven at 8 a.m., says Macworld. A few folks in New York began waiting last night for the 7 a.m. release of the iPhone 3G S here in the U.S., reports CNNMoney.
In the coming weeks, the new smartphone will be available in more than 80 countries. Apple has added several features that users have been clamoring for, including the ability to shoot video, a 3 megapixel camera and tethering in countries that support the service.
