Microsoft Announces Free CRM Services and Add-ons

At its Convergence conference in New Orleans, Microsoft announced that a number of its new CRM add-ons and services would be made available for free. The company also announced a free Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online March 2009 Service Update and a service-level agreement of 99.9 percent uptime to its Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online customers, reports eWeek.

 

Other improvements by virtue of the update include new Internet lead capture tools and security enhanced cloud integration tools, according to vnunet. In addition, Microsoft is also offering eight free software accelerators and Unleash Your Potential, a business solution roadmap tool.
