Google Enhances Search Snippets

Google has enhanced its search results by slotting anchor links in its search snippets to help users more quickly find what they are looking for when conducting a query. The move allows users to jump straight to relevant content rather than having to scroll through lengthy text, says PC World.

 

According to SearchCowboys, there are two types of snippets. The first kind are placed below the actual text and the other is placed within the text for relevant queries.
