Susan Hall

Mozilla has released an alpha version of its Firefox 3 browser, code named Gran Paradiso, which includes its bookmarking system Places.

Storing bookmarks and browsing history in a SQLite database, Places provides better performance and stability, Mike Connor, director of Firefox development, told PCWorld.

Its crash-reporting system, Breakpad, formerly known as Airbag, is another notable feature, reports InternetNews.
