Apple Cleans Out Samsung's NAND Flash RAM Inventory

Ainsley Jones

All Things Digital reports that Apple has purchased all of Samsung's NAND flash RAM inventory through the month of April. Speculation is that Apple is buying up NAND flash memory for an iPhone refresh.
