Former Apple employee Kenyon Zahner has filed a class action lawsuit against Apple, alleging that the company forces its staffers to work long hours without overtime pay, reports InformationWeek. Zahner claims he was routinely asked to work more than 40 hours per week at an Apple location in Florida but did not receive the additional compensation that is required by state law for non-managerial employees.

However, there is some pertinent information that is still unknown. It's not clear exactly what Zahner's role was at Apple, whether he worked at a corporate office or a retail outlet. In addition, Zahner's attorneys say they cannot provide an exact count of overtime hours because Apple has kept his employment records.
