Company uses VERBS to Convert Voicemail into SMS

Kara Reeder

Hate listening to your voicemail messages? Now you don't have to. VoxSciences has a service that converts voicemails into text messages or e-mails.

The service uses Virtual Engine for Recognition of Basic Speech (VERBS) to deliver voicemails in plain text, according to vnunet.com.

There is no software to download and no need to change handsets, phone numbers or mobile operators. Simply activate the service from the VoxSciences Web site.
