Over the weekend, I happily plugged the IT Downloads library in an after-dinner discussion about work. My wife's childhood friend, an instructor at a local college, mentioned that she was working on some online training course material for her "Introduction to Computers" class. Particularly, she needed to put together an exam on the Microsoft Office 2010 suite that covered Excel, Word, PowerPoint and more.
