Microsoft has big plans for its latest version of Microsoft Office. At its Worldwide Partner Conference earlier this week, Microsoft unveiled its Office 2010 software suite. And the kicker; in addition to a desktop version, there's going to be an online version as well. Bye, bye, Google Docs, right?
The release date of the new software package is estimated to occur in the first half of next year, according to CNET. So for the time being, we'll have to stick with the 2007 version.
