Job Description Templates Help Companies Find Best Fit

Patrick Avery

Are you interested in a job, but unsure which skills to highlight? Are you looking to hire a CIO or other IT position, but need to expand the full roster of duties for the new hire? This is where the job descriptions and templates in the Knowledge Network come into play. We have posted, so far, almost two dozen job descriptions. In the next two weeks, we will be posting at least a dozen more.

Today, we posted a Glossary of Job Descriptions for IT, provided by Robert Half Technology. This glossary provides an overview of typical responsibilities and skill requirements, though variations do occur based on company size, industry, local employment conditions and other factors. The information provided in this glossary was derived from the thousands of full-time and project placements made through Robert Half Technology locations and the market knowledge of their account executives.

Here is a sample of the other job descriptions in the Knowledge Network.
