Susan Hall

The Knowledge Network continues to get richer in resources on project management.

The latest addition: project management expert Michael Taylor has provided a cross-functional flowchart that provides a simple visual representation of how key stakeholders, the project manager, project teams and subcontractors collaborate. It starts with identifying the stakeholders and feasibility and progresses through contract closeout, work completion, scope verification, acceptance review and project closeout.
