SAP Solution Manager Broadens Management Help

SAP customers have long complained that the larger they grow, the harder it is to manage and maintain their burgeoning networks.


The company has finally responded with a new set of standardized processes under the SAP Solution Manager module. The system identifies 16 standard operation processes that offer best-practices guidelines covering everything from individual tasks to the use of available SAP tools, plus training and services.


The system also fosters collaboration between in-house and third-party users.
