If you've invested the big bucks in a high-performance computing environment, the last thing you need is unexpected problems in your interconnect fabric.
Endace Ltd. is looking to capitalize on that concern with the industry's first Infiniband monitoring system geared toward 20 Gbps Dual Data Rate interfaces, according to MarketWatch. The company scaled up the performance of its Tap Matrix and NinjaProbe systems in an effort to keep up with the growing demand for high-performance server interconnect solutions.
Like Endace's earlier systems, the new 20 DDR capability allows for full interconnect analysis in low-latency, massively parallel environments without hampering network performance.
Endace has also joined the HPC track of QLogic's NETTrack Alliance program, offering a higher degree of integration with that company's clustering and storage network solutions.
