Disaster Recovery for the Virtual Set

Data center resources are continually making the leap from the real world to the virtual, but the fact remains that virtual environments are just as prone to disruption as physical ones. One of the latest is SteelEye Technology's SteelEye Protection Suite, optimized for the Citrix ZenServer. The system provides for real-time LAN/WAN replication of XenServer virtual machines, allowing them to be moved within a storage pool to maintain availability of mission-critical applications and data.

As a host-based storage repository replication solution, the system provides replication engine with continuous data protection, change-only replication and integrated compression.
