Stock Option Questions Still Dogging Apple

In a very brief piece, News.com reports that a California court plans to order Apple to disclose board meeting minutes and other company records of stock option accounting to an investor, the Boston Retirement Board. However, he court denied the board's request for records regarding the company's internal investigation of stock option backdating. News.com says no Apple representative was available for comment on the matter.
