When the Linux Foundation wanted to estimate the TCO of Linux, they did so using the Red Hat sponsored Fedora project. Wednesday, SYS-CON Media heralded the arrival of Fedora 10.

The latest release boasts virtualization improvements for installing and managing storage provisioning, the story says, as well as NetworkManager connection sharing for anywhere collaboration. Other additions include a new graphical boot system called Plymouth, and a new security toolkit.

Fedora 10 also includes OpenOffice.org 3.0 and GNOME 2.24.1.
